You can upload your photograph directly from your phone, computer or device and you will be able to preview, crop and edit the picture to make sure it’s perfect for your personalised gift before your order.

We aren’t able to offer design proofs for customer approval due to the number of orders processed by our small team each day, however all photo gifts will be designed by our artworkers and we will ensure that your images are positioned appropriately. With the photo uploading tool on our website you can preview exactly how your photograph will appear within the shape of the finished product and you can crop and edit the photograph to your liking before submitting.

Photographs taken on a smartphone are usually perfect to use, as long as they are well lit and in focus – you don’t need to be a professional photographer to have your photos printed on one of our gifts! Your photographs will automatically be placed within the dimensions of the product when you upload your files so you will be able to preview the photo size before submitting. If we have any problems with the size or quality of your photos we will be in touch before printing.

All of our handmade presents and personalised photo gifts are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Express next day delivery is available within the UK (weekdays only) for all orders placed before 12pm and all standard delivery orders typically arrive within 2-4 working days.

Yes you can! All our personalised photo gifts can be sent directly to the recipient.

If you’re sending your gift directly, just make sure to enter their delivery address at the checkout instead of yours, and let us know if you’d like a gift message included with your photo gift by writing a note in the special instructions box. All order information is paperless and will be emailed to you so we won’t ever include prices or order details in the package.
