Can you send a gift note with my Valentine’s Day gift?

Yes we can! If you would like to include a Valentine’s Day gift message with your order please let us know by writing a note in the special instructions box. If you’re sending a Valentine’s gift directly to the recipient just make sure you enter their delivery address at the checkout instead of yours! We also have Valentine’s Day greetings cards you can add to your basket before you checkout.

Do you ship the personalised Valentines gifts overseas?

Can you gift wrap my Valentine’s gift?

We don’t offer a gift wrapping service however we do give you the option to choose a packaging upgrade and have your present packed in a Create Gift Love gift bag with a personalised “I love you” keepsake name tag. This option is offered on almost all of our Valentines gifts but if you don’t see it on the product page just let us know and we’ll see what we can do.

I want my Valentine’s Day gift to be a secret. Can you send it directly to the recipient anonymously?

Yes of course, we’d love to help you play cupid! All order information is paperless and will be emailed to you so prices, names and order details will not be included. There will be no sign of your name on the package, just remember to write their name instead of yours on the delivery label.
