Before joining Create Gift Love in February 2017, I spent three long years studying for a BA English degree. Although it was a lot of hard work and was very stressful on occasions, I had such a great time at university and I’ve got so many happy memories to look back on.
My graduation day for one is something I’ll always remember. It was our last hurrah, signalling the very end of my time as a student and an attempt to take the grand leap into “real” adulthood. Scary.
I remember sitting in the huge hall, surrounded by hundreds of other students dressed in slightly silly (but very fancy) gowns and caps, with one thing running through my mind: do not trip on the stage. Luckily, I didn’t make a fool of myself on that particular occasion.
