All personalised keyrings on our website are handmade to order in our workshop in Ringwood, near the New Forest, UK. We stock eco-friendly natural materials, predominantly FSC-certified solid wood and sustainably sourced vegetable-tanned leather, and we make our key rings using a combination of traditional and modern methods. Our leather personalised keyring designs are stamped using a traditional hot press, then finished and assembled by hand, while our wooden keyrings are engraved with a laser and sanded in our wood workshop. We also have a professional printer to make our bestselling personalised photo keyrings. All of our handmade gifts and personalised keyrings are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Express next day delivery is available within the UK (weekdays only) for all orders placed before 7am and all standard delivery orders typically arrive within 2-4 working days.

Yes you can! All our personalised keyrings are letterbox friendly, perfect for sending a unique gift directly to the recipient. Every keyring is supplied in a giftable pillow box or you can upgrade to a Create Gift Love gift bag and personalised gift tag.

If you’re sending your gift directly, just make sure to enter their delivery address at the checkout instead of yours, and let us know if you’d like a gift message included with your keyring by writing a note in the special instructions box. All order information is paperless and will be emailed to you so we won’t ever include prices or order details in the package.

We print your photographs directly onto the surface of our keyrings which means you will need to supply the photograph at the point of purchase and it cannot be changed at a later date.
